Delta showcases IoT solutions for sustainable cities at Hannover Messe

Delta, a German multinational thermal & power management solutions provider, has reportedly unveiled a wide range of energy-efficient solutions at the Hannover Messe 2019 under its newly-deployed brand campaign called, Smart Green IoT-based Solutions for Energy Efficiency in Smart Cities.

Reports cite, the IoT-based solutions primarily focus on Smart Building, Smart Manufacturing as well as Smart Energy Infrastructure. All new solutions would be showcased throughout the entire duration of Hannover Messe at the company’s stand.

According to a press release by Delta, a notable stand-out from the company’s Smart Manufacturing portfolio is the Digital Factory Monitoring Solution, a next-gen platform that facilitates digitized control & monitoring of operations, machinery as well as energy consumption across manufacturing facilities. Moreover, the showcase also highlights the company’s unique capabilities of integrating energy-storage systems with renewable energy to enable a microgrid-supported electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

The Chief Brand Officer of Delta, Ms. Shan-Shan Guo stated that in line with the company’s corporate mission to facilitate innovative, clean as well as energy-efficient solutions to a better future, Delta is committed towards the development of more sustainable cities by leveraging its IoT-based solutions. Ms. Guo further added that the company’s latest campaign is designed to inform all its shareholders the exact nature of Delta’s endeavors.

The President of Delta’s Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) operations, Dalip Sharma stated that by specializing in efficient energy management, the company is enabling a number of IoT-based solutions for smart manufacturing, smart building and green energy & ICT infrastructure. Sharma further added that the 2019 Hannover Messe is an ideal opportunity for Delta to showcase its smart city offerings & also meet authorities who are responsible for creating them.
